The most common type of star is a red dwarf. The Sun is a yellow dwarf.
Amazingly, most of the stars we see at night are bigger and brighter than the Sun!
Stars may all appear one color but they are not. A stars temperature determines its color. The Sun is in fact a greenish blue but we see it as white or yellow!
